With technology, it is now so much easier to communicate with someone. You could call him, text him, email him, etc. Once you begin communicating with him on a regular basis you will begin to learn more about him. And as you progress with your nephew you will get a greater understanding of him.
Also, try spending time with him. Maybe go to the movies, have lunch, go bowling, do something fun. Get a greater understanding of what makes him tick.
Understanding someone is the key to relating to that person.
Once you break down the barriers and learn who he is as I person, you will be able to relate to him on levels that you would never dream of.
Mz. Ama
Nobody does it better.
•★☆ Mz. Ama ☆★•

I have this friend .... and need advice

Dear Mzama :
I have this friend, well, more someone I just bumped into recently, but there is a chance this person could become a friend. Well here's the deal, my friend, lets call my friend M, wants to do some really good things to help other people but so far M's efforts haven't produced much fruit. M wants to give up. With so many people so self absorbed in the world, we need more people like M to make a differrence - how can I encourage M to not give up ?
John

Dear John,
Let M know that his/her efforts has not gone unnoticed. Let M know that somethings take time, and if M really wants this then M should be patient and let things happen in it's own due time.
Be sure to let M know that what he/she is doing is a good thing and that we need more people to think the way he/she does. Assure M that once his/her efforts take affect and begin to show progress in this world that the feeling and joy that he/she will get from the progress will make it all worth while in the end.
Mz. Ama
Nobody does it better!
•★☆ Mz. Ama ☆★•

Tanisha from the Bad Girls Club.

I at first impression, liked Tanisha because she seemed to be herself. I saw her as one who wouldn't change her demeanor to fit in.

I first saw that she was respectable when she let the other girls come so that they could share the freebies, that situation didn't turn out well but at least her first thought was about sharing.
When Darlene called her a fat bitch, she could have ignored it but I for one know that it is not always easy to do so. Even though Tanisha blew up I still felt she handled the situation ok, because she didn't touch Darlene in anyway, which would be exactly what I would have done. She yelled but didn't take it to physical.
That's where my respect for her stops. After watching the show a month, I now know and see that Tanisha is very immature and hot headed. She will argue about any and everything with any and everybody. That became very apparent when she got into the bar fight with the random girl. All the girl did was danced close to Neveen and Hanna. She told the girl to move but the girl said no. Obviously since it was a public place and the lady was not touching them, Tanisha was just being well Tanisha. She wanted to start a confrontation so she sought out a target that she saw to be easy and went for the kill. But the girl didn't back down, Tanisha called her names but she didn't stoop to Tanisha's level, she just asked what was wrong and why was Tanisha acting the way she was.
Tanisha saw that that battle was going no where fast so she moved her attention on to Hanna. She became upset because Hanna would not "pop off" for her "Brooklyn style". Hanna took the high road and instead of arguing with her or acting crazy she got Neveen to call Tanisha into the limo and tried to have a talk with her. Tanisha quickly backed down when she saw Hanna was not going to fight or argue with her.
Then Tanisha verbally makes plans to stir up some trouble with Cordelia who had stayed home that night. She tried but failed at starting trouble with Cordelia.
Another thing I am starting to notice is the fact that she acts like the mother or leader of the "Hyena" girls. When she told them to come clean the kitchen I was thinking she had slipped and bumped her head. If she wanted the kitchen cleaned she should have cleaned it not make her
followers do it.

It is growing very annoying how she just picks fights with the girls she think is weak or that she can control. I think that she may be imitating someone back home that treats her that way or maybe she just treats people like that. I do know that one day she will meet her match.
It's funny how impressions change over time. I was actually at the beginning finding myself backing Tanisha and her "hyenas" but now as the show goes on I think I am starting to see them as they truly are, Tanisha is the bossy one that starts trouble, Neveen and Hanna are just her spineless, mindless followers.

It will be fun to see how the rest of the season turn out! Until then I will watch eagerly awaiting for the day Tanisha is defeated.
Nobody Does It Better!
Mz. Ama

New York, New York!!

So, I watched the I love New York 2 Reunion special and I must say, I was surprised!!! I didn't think Tiffany and Tailormade would make it past the final episode. But now they are engaged to be married and from what they say his child/ family loves her as do hers love him. I wasn't surprised to find out that they had broken their VH1 contract 3 days after they wrapped up the final episode, but I was surprised that they moved in together that soon.

It seems to me they are truly in love. She was really glowing when he came on stage. For once she didn't disrespect him in front of everyone.

But he was the only one she didn't disrespect! WOW! Where do I start? Let's see, she threw cold french fries at IT, now we all know he is not right in the head so she could have been a little more polite to him or turned the other cheek. Thinking about it though, I guess turning the other cheek wouldn't be good TV and she does have the reputation of being a jerk, so it was very much so in her character!

Next, was funny when she showed the five minute footage of how big a loser The Entertainer truly is. That was too funny! It looked staged though but if that was his life at the age of 30, I would say it's about time he grows up. Moving on, New York and Frank's parents went at it again, I'm not surprised in the least because obviously they were invited to the reunion for a reason, seeing as though the other parents were not invited.

Her session with Buddha and Punk was very wishy washy, seemed that one second she was giving them props then the next she was bashing them! It was so back and forth I could barely follow her fake emotions or "acting" as Buddha called it. The two men were back and forth with theirs too, I found it funny that they bashed her while she was alone then they bashed Tailormade while he was alone but when they were together they congratulated them. I don't know, maybe they could feel the love between the two. Trying to figure that out would be a headache!

Oh! I would hate to forget to discuss Sister Patterson and Champion! OoooWeee! I would have never ever in a million years guess that Sister P would actually find and keep a man, especially one that good looking! I do feel that New York over reacted to the situation though! Go Sister P!!! Get your groove back!

Wolf was a hyper mess, lets just leave it at that. Millione needed to sit down and shut up, it's not like people remembered him from the show anyway! Pretty was very composed, I love the fact that he did not stoop to the level of most of the other people on that reunion. Mr. Wise was pissed!!!! But I think that Tailormade deserved what he got. I heard about it a little earlier this month but I didn't believe it.
That's really crazy though, I seriously thought she would do the opposite of her sister. I thought she would be the one that the Spears' could be proud of.

My most important question is where was her parents while this was going on? How is this little 16 year old alone with an older guy without supervision? Especially since she is famous.

My little sister is 16 and she is never alone with a guy long enough to get herself pregnant. I don't blame the Spears parents but I do kind of think that had they paid more attention to her or at the least paid someone to keep an eye on her, this wouldn't have happened.

I hope she keeps the kid though. While I am against teenage parenthood I am even more so against abortion. I just hope she takes care of her children better than her sister has been doing. Lord knows the last thing we need is another horrible incompetent teenage mother.

So my message to Jamie is: grow up honey, and do it quickly. Do what you have to do to make sure this child is well rounded and well taken care of.

Nobody does it better!
Mz. Ama

My first fan!

I shared my blog with a few friends today and I got some awesome responses! Diddy's Bad Boy label) a song called Hydrolics and I heard Bow Wow make a reference to the Tmobile Sidekick (of which I am a faithful user). The statement he made was "...little mama wont you sidekick page me, here go the information". Now anybody who knows anything about a sidekick knows it
is not a pager, in fact it doesn't even contain a pager device on it. When he said here go the info... would this info he is talking about be the phone number, email, or IM name because that's pretty much what you can do on a sidekick. You can text, make phone calls, email, Instant
Message, but you can't page someone on a sidekick।

My point is: Bow, please don't say things just to say it, at least KNOW a little something about the device first! Because people who actually use the device or even knows a little something about the device will know that you do not know anything about the device and you will end up looking like a wannabe.

In my opinion he would have been better off saying " little mama just Sidekick me, here go my number". Because I have heard some sidekick users say that before.

Those are my thoughts! Take it or leave it!

Nobody does it better!
Mz.
